Members are required to be “certified” in order to receive school game assignments
Instructions For Access
To access the current year’s test and online clinic(s), please do the following:
- Login to Arbiter
- Access the WOA Central Hub by clicking the link on the main page
- Once you have reached the WOA Central Hub, and click the “Clinics/Testing” tab towards the top of the page
- After you have reached the Clinic/Testing page, scroll down to find the 2016-17 Certified Basketball drop down menu
- In this section an official can then view the requirements for Certification and also see which of these requirements have been satisfied and which still need to be completed
- Click the appropriate link to access the clinic(s) or test

2016-17 Test Study Guide
Below is a copy of the test study guide. It is recommended that officials use the study guide to track the actual questions that appear on their test. This year’s test will consist of 40 out of the 50 questions contained in the study guide.
