General Meeting Schedule:

Sundays @ Seton @ 5-630pm

10/12 Meeting 1

11/2 Meeting 2

12/7 Meeting 3

1/4 Meeting 4

2/1 Meeting 5

(Executive Board Meetings will be an hour before the training/general meetings.)

Meeting requirements:  

Meeting attendance is a part of overall rankings.  Officials must attend at least 4 of the 5 meetings this season to get full credit for rankings.  However, if you miss more than one meeting, you will be allowed to make up for a maximum of one meeting per season by doing either of the following 2 options. 

1. Submit to the president a Written Report or Video-Recorded Zoom session of you doing a Game Video Breakdown with another EBOA official.
2. Attend and help out at an in-person local clinic/training session (before Jan 11).

*Officials must attend at least 4 General Meetings (or 3 GM’s + 1 make-up event/task).

**For example, you can miss 2 General Meetings, then attend a Saturday training session and still get credit for attending at least 4 meetings for the season.

The HS regular season starts after Thanksgiving.  Jamborees & scrimmages should occur about the same time.

Ongoing Rules and Mechanics discussions will still be happening via Zoom on the 3rd Mondays of each month at about 7pm.  The link is https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3609097212

The SWW District IV ID cards are available for the 2024-25 school year.  These ID cards allow officials to attend any District IV sports event.  Jamborees and Fundraising tournaments may be excluded.  $40.00 per pass.  Officials will need to write a check to SWW District IV.  Contact Mike Ryan if interested:  michaeldavidryan@outlook.com
